Since school is in session, and our lives are pretty busy with Karate, Crossfit, Running, and living life meal planning is my go to. Usually happens on the weekend when we can make the necessary runs to the local farmers markets, costco, and get all of our supplies. I wanted to share with you all the meal planning template that I use for the week. I also print out any recipes that I might need and set them aside in order of their use. The weekends are generally a ‘free’ for all, and we try to eat up the left overs. Please feel free to use this as you see fit, maybe it will help in your own planning.
