Ayden’s favorite fish recipe. I think he likes the ‘sauce’ more than the Salmon; however, he usually eats it all gone!
Salmon Filet (tonight its steelhead)
1/2 cup Mayonaise (nomnom paleo has some easy cheesy recipes)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 tablespoon tumeric
1/2 tablespoon salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon onion powder.
Preheat the oven to 375
coat large casserole dish with coconut oil or ghee
lay filets (skin side down) in casserole dish.
Mix mayo, lemon juice, and seasonings in a small bowl, then pour over the salmon. I usually leave a little out since Ayden likes dipping his fish in it.
Bake the salmon uncovered for 20-25 minutes until fish turns opaque.
