1 bag dark chocolate chips
4 tbsp organic unsalted butter
1/2 teas baking powder
1/2 cup almond flour
3/4 cup honey, agave whatever your sweetener is
1 Ghirardelli peppermint bark baking bar
In a sauce pan melt butter and dark chocolate chips
Allow to cool while you mix 2 eggs and sweetener until creamy
Add the chocolate sauce slowly to egg and flour mixture
In small bowl mix baking powder and flour then add to chocolate mix.
Put the peppermint bark in a ziplock bag and smash up… May want to put in freezer first while you start this whole process, but then again not everyone lives in Maui;)
Turn the peppermint pieces into batter, then place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375.
After batter has chilled place in equal tablespoon amounts 1 inch apart on coconut oil greased pa . Bake for 10 minutes the. Enjoy!!
