2 c walnuts
1 cup macadamia nuts ( I used an additional cup of walnuts)
1 cup dates
2 apples peeled and diced
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 cup almond milk
1 can full fat coconut milk
Combine walnuts and dates in food processor ground until fine meal
Sauté apples in coconut oil until lightly browned
Add but and date mixture and cinnamon to apples stir until mixed together
Reduce heat to low an add coconut milk and almond milk
Stirring occasionally let mixture cook uncovered until thickeners, about 25 minutes
Can stay in airtight container for a week.
