Prosciutto stuffed herb steak

This was a winner for the boys as well, which sometimes is a challenge.
You want to butterfly your steak, cut down the middle so you can open it.
Sprinkle some dried parsley then place one to two slices of prosciutto then sprinkle some oregano and roll up placing in a shallow baking pan. I made six medium/small rolls in one pan. Covered with an easy marinade of worsheshire sauce and garlic powder.
Bake at 350 for 30 minute. Enjoy!!
