Paleo biscuits…

So since a couple nights ago when I made yummy cranberry pork chops I have been craving turkey and cranberry biscuits…my favorite after thanksgiving spinner snack… So in an attempt to make mouth watering paleo biscuits to enjoy with sliced turkey and cranberries I fiddled around and modified a recipe and these are amazing!! Kid and husband approved!! 

preheat oven to 375, and I have started relying on silicone muffin cups…

so here are the ingredients;

  • 2.5 cups of almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil ( or even olive oil will work too)
  • 1/4 cup of agave nectar
  • 2 large eggs
  • juice from 1 half of a fresh squeezed lemon

in bowl mix all the dry ingredients and in a small bowl mix the wet ingredients then much the wet into the dry. I measured 1/4 cup if the mix into muffin tins and made 8-10 muffins…bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
