The delish paleo brownie!!

This is to die for, literally can eat and entire pan in one day!!

4 eggs
16 oz almond butter (have also used peanut butter and works the same, although not paleo)
1/2 cup dark chocolate powder
1 tbs baking soda
1/2 cup honey or agave
1/4 cup coconut oil

1 cup dark chocolate chips
Walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven to 375
Use room temperature eggs and whisk until frothy ( I am sure there is some technical name for this but just work with me here;)
Then pour in the almond butter and stir until mixed, will develop a ‘snot’ consistency when well mixed.
Then add the coco powder
Then honey, I start with the 1/2 cup and add a little more I needed to make the consistency of the batter a little smoother.
Then add the baking soda and oil.
Using a well grease brownie pan, I use a large casserole dish.
Spread your batter evenly, I use dampened fingers because otherwise it gets stuck to the spoon in a huge mess.
Bake for 20 minutes and check. If you stock with a toothpick it will come out with batter on it even when these babies are done. My trick is to wiggle the pan and if it is firmish they are done.
