Egg and Bacon “muffins”

Very simple amazing breakfast or snack. Preheat oven to 350. Using a muffin pan grease each cup with a drop of coconut oil. Then wrap a slice of bacon inside each muffin cup. ½ cup coconut flour; 1 cup almond meal; 1 tsp baking powder; 2 tsp garlic powder; 4 eggs; 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil; ½ cup coconut milk; Spread on well greased pan and make sure to spread across pan pretty thin. Paleo coconut pancake sandwich

Coconut pancake 4 eggs 1 cup coconut milk 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp baking soda 1 teas vanilla 1/2 cup coconut flour Mix and measure out 1/4 cup batter for pancakes, use coconut oil on the grill. Make some bacon and eggs and enjoy the sandwich!
